Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective item received
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Discounted or sale items (if marked non-returnable)
